I am of the view that different visa office have there own requirement , but i think my Indian VO will also have the same requirements.I have no idea. Visa was issued in Ankara, Turkey.
How much does it matter?

They wont reject the visa as such, may just hold back on issuing extension for the time being till things stablize. Also, I think, if other than Job, you can povide a concrete plan to permantly settle in Canada including with details of funds to support the same, they'll provide the extension. As of now I guess they want to priortize only those who want to immeditely move to Canada for good and will be able to support themselves for some considerable period of time (till the things stablize). This is probably done to avoid additional burden on the govt of Canada which is already providing support to lot of Citizens and current PR's.Got my COPR was before 18 march 2020. My visa has just expired and I had no chance to enter Canada earlier.
Now flights are recovering and I have let know IRCC about my wish to enter Canada and renew my visa. Below is their reply -
Dear IRCC client:
This email is destined to clients who have written to us to let us know that they are ready to travel to Canada. Thank you for your patience while we have been adjusting the way we work during the pandemic.
According to our records, you have indicated that you are now ready to travel to settle and live in Canada as a permanent resident. Currently, only CoPR holders whose travel to Canada is considered essential are able to enter Canada. In addition, some public health measures are in place to limit the spread of COVID-19 in Canada.
Accordingly, we ask that you confirm that you are able to fulfill the requirements described below. In order for IRCC to determine if you can indeed travel to Canada, you must provide the following:
Your plans to live and settle in Canada upon arrival
documents to support your living situation in Canada (i.e. address, lease agreement, home ownership document)
employment plans in Canada, (i.e. location of work, letter from employer)
any other relevant information.
How you plan to quarantine for 14 days when you arrive in Canada, including how you will have access to groceries, get medical care, and other essential services. While in quarantine, you will not be able to leave your place of quarantine for any reason. This is mandatory even if you have no COVID-19 symptoms.
proof of funds (i.e, bank and/or credit card statements)
your proposed or confirmed travel itinerary
a description of your proposed or confirmed travel itinerary, including travel tickets if you have already purchased them
Please provide the above information to IRCC via the IRCC Webform. We will evaluate your request upon receipt and let you know whether or not you are approved to travel to Canada at this time.
Please note that only approved permanent residents now able to live and settle in Canada will be allowed into the country at this time due to the ongoing travel restrictions. Travel for temporary stay for reasons such as tourism, entertainment or simply to finalize applications without staying in the country is not allowed and will not be permitted.
I feel more or less ok with almost all the points. But I am very nervous regarding the bullet employment plans in Canada, (i.e. location of work, letter from employer)
As i have no job offer, and I thought about looking for a job inside Canada.
Will be I rejected a new visa if i have no secured job in Canada?
Has someone already got this experience?
In case they approve my new visa, what is the process? How much time will it take? I have already booked a ticket for august 9.
I believe no one knows what matters or doesn't, but I believe specifically PNP candidates come from a consise list particular NoC codes for which there are skill shortages in that particular province. Also for PNP candidates they can only live and work in a particular province from which they have been nominated, so maybe for these reasons they want to see how well you are planned about your settlement plans in Canada.PNP.
Do you think it matters?

Your POF gonna help you here. Regarding your employment tell them about your plans like you gonna be searching for a job and there are job openings specific to your skillset in the area where you will be staying. There are few (two) in this thread who have gotten this email. IRCC wants people to stay in Canada thats why they are asking for such documents. If your real intentions are of staying in Canada then it wont be hard for you to convince them. If you have resigned from your job in your home country then you can show them the relieving letter too in support of your case.well, saying reject, i mean putting on a long hold.
As I said, I have a solid plan, with all the details like itinerary, apartment booking, quarantine plan, proof of finance (more than 40.000CAD) AND ETC. Job seems like to be the most weak spot.
Has anybody got same email and progressed after that?
It is mentioned that 60 days thing is applicable from the day your application is reopened and not from the day your CoPR got expired.Hi Guys,
Hope everyone is safe and doing well.
My COPR/PR VISA expired on the 31st of March, raised webform before, and after the expiry stating that I am not able to travel, etc. No change in my account, it still shows application approved but I got an email from IRCC that they have received my request for an extension, etc. My visa got stamped in Abudhabi, UAE but I was told my application process center was Ottawa.
I am a bit confused about the 60days thing related to webforms. Since I am now approaching the 120 days period (from the date of COPR/PR VISA expiration), do I need to raise another webform informing IRCC that I am still not ready to travel since the flights are not operational in my country or even if i am not willing to travel atm.
This is black magic.I came super close to booking Qatar Airways for 25th July. Just when I was about to enter card details the price changed to 4.5 lacs
