Spousal sponsorship

Hi!
We are in a similar boat. My husband still has not received his passport request. We have completed biometrics, medicals, etc. The last update we received from IRCC was 1st week of march and as of today we still have not heard from them. I am 7 months pregnant so I am hoping to hear back from them soon so that my husband can be here for the birth of our daughter.

Hey everyone
My spouse is Canadian citizen and she was working in Delhi from last 2years.
We got married in May2020 in Delhi after dating for 15 months. we had plans to have a big wedding
but because of the covid we married in Arya Samaj Temple without involving anyone (only witnesses as it was necessary) n got our marriage registered in court.
During those 15 months we visited each other all the time.
Coz we lived in same city, i dont have much evidence of us visiting other than pictures of us hanging out.
She went back to Canada a month later we got married and we stayed together for that one month time.
I need suggestions answering these following questions

Part C
1. Question 3. Are you living together now?
i think i should write No? and what reason should i write of us not living together. (Her job contract was over)
2. Question 4 If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship?
yes we visited almost every alternate day and theres only option of 5 occasions of visit. how much and precisely what info should i give here.
the one month time we spent together after getting married should be written here? i'm really confused in this part. i have no idea what to write
3. Question 7 Do your close friends, family and children know about your relationship?
who is suppose to write this section, Sponsor or PA.
My guess is we both have to write collaboratively
but how do we answer these : for example if mention my sister (PA's)
Are they related to sponsor or principal applicant ? she is related but not to sponsor
Relationship to sponsor or principal applicant ? Here i can write sister of PA
Date they met sponsor or principal applicant ? She didnt met the sponsor in person only via video
lot of people knew about our relationship but met only few, i can list who met the sponsor but what about who didnt.
and I (PA) didnt met any of sponsor's friends or family (only via video) what you suggest i do here.
4. Question 9 Were there formal ceremonies or events to recognize or celebrate your relationship, e.g., engagement ceremony, traditional or customary marriage ceremony, commitment ceremony, partnership ceremony, reception, honeymoon, etc.?
My answer here is NO. there was only one ceremony that happened in temple at the time of wedding.
But if i say YES, then i have to answer NO to every follow up questions stated under this
Did any of the following people go to any of the events above?
Will this affect my application in any way or raise doubts about genuineness of our relationship.
There's already an age gad between us, my wife(sponsor) is older than me.
i read some members post in this forum getting rejected their application because of age difference.

Since we all are facing COVID-19 situation , there is no need to worry about not having many guests or gatherings.
Q3 =Explain same way who knows whom here, all combined.
Q4= Explain as you did here.
Q7= Here both of you can write as this:- We lived in the same city from xxx to xxx. We met each other daily. here you can explain a combined story. You already answered correctly , so briefly explain all here.
Q9 Again explain briefly COVID-9 situations why you could not do huge celebrations.

It’s very disheartening. I mean one would think that family sponsorship would be one of the priorities during this time. Especially for Outland applicants , I have seen a petition on Twitter calling attention for them to create special visas or quicken the processing times for families. I hope we hear something positive soon. I’m counting down days like a child counting sheep.
I don't have a Twitter but may continue bugging them until they give satisfactory answers. Many are waiting over 4 months now but no ,nothing For guys like you it is 5 months . I think all they have there is 1 or 2 staff members. But NOVA Scotia has no such BAN in place and I wonder why IRCC is not deploying any full or even half staff. It is evident as you said IGNORING us all
This covid ain't gonna go away so easily. We all have to learn to live with it by keeping businesses/offices running with full precautionsI was thinking if anyone in here used a lawyer to file his/her application. What is the feedback from their lawyers for the current ambiguous situation about outland sponsorship application processing. Lawyers have connections with IRCC stronger than individuals who applied by themselves of course. Any clue???
So you mean immigration lawyers also has no clue about what is happening similar to us.
I used an immigration consultant and she said the same thing someone on this platform has said previously that timeliness have been affected due to the impact of covid 19. If there’s any new information I hear during these waiting times I will do well to keep you all posted. I would hope that they would try to reunite families sooner because of this pandemic. Quite frankly it hurts to be away from your family when the world is in such turmoil.
Because now the situation is not that someone can take even a short term leave looking at how people are losing their jobs.
Is the special visa asked in the petition expected to give PR or a temporary visit? May be not with everyone, but an applicant would need to leave his/her job before moving/visiting Canada in any of the above situation. I think we should be requesting the government to expedite the applications sent or in process rather than something that back fire (in case of a temporary visa). Just thinking.

LAWYERS have more experience than us is TRUE >> BUT as said "they have connections with IRCC stronger than individuals who applied by themselves of course."
If an IRCC employee is found to have a little connection outside ,even if he tells to his own family about a case, he can loose his job. This was informed to me by an IRCC employee's relative. Same as in banks, an employee cannot reveal anything outside even about his sibling's bank balance or anything. Some lawyers may have more knowledge than us re; present situations since they deal with IRCC's appeals or more things thus they can recognize few too but a case cannot be processed faster thru a lawyer as compared to an individual who filed his/her own sponsorship. I know a DR. who hired a very expensive lawyer. It was genuine 1st marriage both parties but told me it went to appeal. Some cheap lawyers would charge very low fees initially but what I heard is they DO want the case to go to appeal so they would make much more money later!
