Could you please share your PCC status?same for me.. mine is pending in SP office for a month now and they are saying they are waiting for a dongle from Delhi, due to covid they are not getting and nobody from delhi is responding to SP office.
My SP office is Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
Actually my wife's application also in the same situation like yours. Her application got struck in Kallakurichi Police Station, Tamilndau. Is there any way to submit the profile without her PCC? I am the Primary applicant. Kindly share your suggestions
It is written on IRCC website that due to covid you can submit your application if you don't get any document within 90 days. You have to put explanation letter in PCC section that due to covid it is getting delayed. later when you get your pcc you can submit it via webform. My friend did that also you can call IRCC they will explain how to do it.Could you please share your PCC status?

I suggest you to call BLS customer service (which not easy) and pay the return courier fee so that when its ready they will ship and you will receive almost next day.I can wait but, did you pay them online, if yes how much? Apart from the DD ?
I am not sure about waiting because only if we pay they ll send the courier.

contact the BLS Customer service and pay one line for the return courier. and let us have the transaction id.

Yes, I kept calling them continuously, a guy from cus service, answered my 21st call. He sent me a link for payment of 30$ for the courier. It will be despatched by tomorrow it seems, I hope to receive it within this week.I suggest you to call BLS customer service (which not easy) and pay the return courier fee so that when its ready they will ship and you will receive almost next day.

Guys, I guess I already mentioned in this post regarding Pick up and Drop off label.True. You are lucky you got at 21st attempt. I was trying my whole day.
For Pick (home->BLS) up- Simply go to purolator website and generate the label provided you have printer at home. If not print it at near printng store.
Then call purolator and schedule for pick up. Make sure you provide source and destination address correctly while generating label.
If printing of label is challenging for you then , go to purolator store and courier your application from there.
Note: Its recommended to book thru purolator only as its mentioned by BLS. However, I have seen few people used canada post and it worked for them. I suggest go with purolator only. I see many people are now sending thru other couriers in order to avoid quarantine delay. Do not follow them as BLS would understand this loophole and your application may be delayed. Recent guideline on BLS "Postal Service application process: You need to book 'Purolator Courier' through the BLS Website link (or calling at BLS Call center) for the 'Pick-up & Drop' of your application/s by Purolator. ONLY Purolator has access to BLS quarantined Postal Hub. BLS would Not be responsible for loss/ non-traceable of your application package if sent by any other courier or delivery services "
For Drop/Return (BLS->home) - You do not have to call to BLS customer care for return label. However u need to buy label from BLS VAS section.

You can select correct label applies to you. Select type as Passport and provide your passport number and email. You will receive email requesting payment. Once you make payment, download the reciept. Thats all you need. The key thing here is BLS should have payment and records in their system against your passport number so that they can generate return label for you once pcc is ready for dispatch.
Note: you must include transaction receipt with the application, and mentioned that you purchased label from BLS VAS site and provide order number.

consulate location? Generally you should expect email within 1 week once your application received by consulate.I have applied for PCC and the status is "Processing at Consulate General" from 6/23 as per BLS web site. Do i need to do anything to expedite this? Did some one did anything like that?
P.S : I didn't receive any email from passport admin saying police verification started

did you booked return label from bls? generally if you have booked label from them they dispatched pcc on the next day . i.e. july 04 in your case.So here is my timeline:
Docs sent to BLS on May 27
Docs received by BLS May 28
BLS asked to refill the application form on June 6
Application forwarded to Police Station, Punjab June 9
PCC printed June 25
In-transit Status July 3
Ready for Collection July 6
.............Still waiting for PCC
@Nishith1234 My status now changed to PCC granted. I hope same for your case also as my application was stuck since june 29I am also in same situation. Same status is showing for my application since june 29. I am guessing consulate take 10 business days to print pcc once status changed to pcc needs to collect from rpo.

blsI guess it all depends upon the timing. If they received your application during the peak period then you may experience more delay than usual similar to the folks who applied for PCC in April who experienced delay due to COVID closures and lack of preparedness but once they had process in place the application started moving again. Now with BLS re-opening their walk-in service, it will definitely impact the processing time. I would suggest to keep following up with them via email or phone.
Yes you are all set. Two weeks provided you booked return label thru bls customer care or bls vas section. Otherwise you will be stuck at ready for collection status at the end. Good luck!!Hello
