The average processing time in 2019 was eight months. IRCC did not meet its processing standard of finalizing 80 percent of all Express Entry applications in six months. They managed to complete 60 percent of applications within a six-month timeframe.

Looks like the PR approvals for Inlands are slowed down, applicants with Nove 2019 AOR are now on COVID 19 pace as they say.

I can see few ppl have received COPR on 26th Nov - inland , but yes comparatively its slowed down, im assuming they r waiting for final decision on travel restrictions..

Great - looks like it was an interview , interview is a joke not sure why they have it in place for some people ,

I think because of covid they are just taking some extra steps, as some CEC applicants currently may be outside Canada so they just want to confirm. Most likely I will not need to send my passport for stamping either. Any updates on your end?
