Not everyone gets interviewed. Our application is also not yet approved, so we will see...many folks are waiting still.I think only me in the August group is still waiting for the rearranged interview. Sad. Don't know when my application will be approved.
congratulations, what is your Visa Office ?More good news for us today! We just received AIP. Fingers crossed DM is coming soon.
great, good to know CIC are working. just hope the other visa offices like New Delhi also process apps faster. congrats again.Thank you! We are in Halifax!
Sorry to ask, what does AIP mean...and from what visa office outside Canada did you receive it?Thank you! Fingers crossed for you. I know its a long, scary, stressful wait. Good luck!!
OMG I've been posting in the wrong forum! I am SO sorry! We are inland applicants.Sorry to ask, what does AIP mean...and from what visa office outside Canada did you receive it?
AIP is approved in principle, basically it means he has passed eligibility for Permanent Residency but still needs to complete Background and Security check.Sorry to ask, what does AIP mean...and from what visa office outside Canada did you receive it?
InshaAllah ranabhai hamara bhi waqt ayega!I am August 09, 2019 applicant, but I didn't get the AoR2 yet. So who are closed to DM are super lucky in my opinion
Thanks, I was confused by that on an Outland thread. Now I understand. So much alphabet soup.AIP is approved in principle, basically it means he has passed eligibility for Permanent Residency but still needs to complete Background and Security check.
AIP is for Inland Spousal Sponsorship
What your timeline of application ?Interesting, our application in GCKey went back to “submitted” from “application/profile updated”, to which it was changed a few weeks ago. Also, the eligibility, background check, etc., statuses, which were not available these past few weeks after the status was changed to “application/profile updated”, are again visible. Nothing has changed on them, but they’re back. Is this some kind of “ghost update” type thing?
