Visa delay for sep 2020 and waiting for new LOA

When I told agent about webform, agent told that it is a platform to ask any questions to IRCC. Not to update or upload any information. Agent told me to wait until IRCC responds to us. Agent is telling, if IRCC needs any more information from us, they will send us email asking for the same. Really don't know what to do. Its more than 15 weeks now. I applied on March 4th.
One of my agent is saying Canadian embassy is closed now, should wait till july, they also said Canada accepting applications through online for filing visa
What your agent told is true. If they want any additional documents they will email

I provided my fingerprints in December, I sent my medical results in January... My studies were meant to begin in May but I had to defer my studies to Fall 2020 because of the COVID..... Finally, I have not receive an answer yet... It has been 6 months since all my process began....

i applied on 17 march by vfs jalandhar , and last message was by vfs that ur file is under process in delhi ircc office
do u knw paperfile process,will thay mail of approval and rejection and my medical expired on 1 june and file is in embassy from 17 march

I applied via online. Few days back I asked my agent to check and update me on the application status. He send me the screenshot. It states that "We are processing your application. We will send you a message there is an update or if we need more information from you."

I applied through an agent.... I haven’t uploaded the new LOA yet... I will be waiting until end-aug to see if they approve my SP because I have no updates From IRCC... today it’s been 8 months just waiting for an answer :/
