Yes, as per GCMS notes. I ordered them in January and never got them until the end of April (they extended it by 30 days, then 60 days... But it only covered up until February... Which is extremely frustrating... To make matters worse, I was told by IRCC over the phone that ordering GCMS notes delays your application... I have no idea if this is true or not... Anyways, this process is extremely frustrating especially when there are multiple applications that are approved faster, despite being received after...
You must be feeling frustrated, JRay, it is taking a while.
Your timeline in May shows that your "criminality verification" is in progress.
Did you have to submit any paperwork for that? Can they do "criminality verification" without asking for a Police Certificate?
I think they told you so to prevent you from ordering them or to make you feel guilty that you’ve already ordered them...In our case in around 10 days after ordering the notes we got SA, BR and MR. I don’t know if it helped but we definitely felt relieved.
Our status changed to DM on ECAS today. Hang in there everyone, you’ll all get there.
I’m not sure as we applied through a lawyer. I noticed the same thing, some people for some reason or another get approved much faster then others.

A quick question, I applied for Self Employement program 24 months ago. I have not heard anything so far so I contacted through Webform. I was told that I needed to contact Warsaw office as my file is with them. Is Warsaw a central office for some countries? I am from Turkey.

Yes, Warsaw is a central office for some countries. First time I've heard of Turkey but it's possible that some of the responsibilities are allocated differently depending on the program or just staff specialisation. At any rate, contact the Warsaw office as they suggested.

My application was moved to Poland in Feb 6, 2020. Ever since my status did not really change or i did not get AOR2 email but i got email saying that my sponsorship was approved or was it AOR2? When i check web it says 'Application Received'.
I emailed Poland office and they got back with me saying :
Thank you for your query. This application has been approved. Passport request letter will be sent once the Visa Application Centers reopen.
Either i am not fully understanding all process or everything is happening irregularly. This is good news but i am not sure if i can let my wife know and what if then it turns out to be a misunderstanding... because i did not get anything official to be confident about it.

Your application has been approved, congratulations. You have nothing to worry about, PPR letter will follow once the VAC opens.
