Applicant will get Biometric fee request with AOR and once payment is done, it take usually 4 weeks to get the BIL. I received biometric fee request on Mar 02,2020 but haven’t received the BIL.

Dear freind,

as per my view it is simple...when you write something and if you submit true and real fact then provide al;l supporting documents... this wil prove your honesty.....you can not add document later.....try to submit maximum proof...job letter experince letter salry slip..bank statement whrere salry deposited any deductyaion like PF etc.

choice is yours but try to submit maximum u can when you are true.

Depend on your application type...

but when you are true then be honest..... think..after submission you can not able to add any documents.. so be honest try to submit maximum you can....
like job letter, salary slips, bank statement where salary submitted, experience letter, any government deduction like PF and also IT returns as proof.
This will make your file more strong and positive...
Please check out the previous discussions.

I checked the official document checklist for PNP, the application did say you can't submit additional documents and DID NOT ASK for financial supports, bank statement, etc. Just to be clear not to confuse others that they have to submit their bank statements, for PNP they don't need to, and cannot attach those into the application.

Original text: "Do not send any additional documents when submitting your application to the CIO."

They may exempt the person from Biometrics and make a refund later. I didn't see this in any online document, and I don't know how they decide it (if depends of the officer that analyses your application as well). But I also got AOR without Biometrics (January), and after I got GCMS notes in May I noticed this situation. Some small screenshots:

I believe, as well, if the person already did biometrics (in previous applications) and it is still valid, they can also have the same procedure (exempt, refund).

Looks like you are an essential worker and public policy applies to you.

I would add to the answer above that may be interesting to order GCMS notes to check what's the status of your application. This would be specially good if you need to apply for Bridging Open Work Permit, for example, because you would be able to check if you were already approved on "Eligibility" (what looks to validate the requirement for "Approved in Principle" and/or "First Stage Approved", or simple determine that a positive eligibility has been made for a paper APR).

I say that, because researching in the forum, I saw many people who were refused Bowp even including the AOR as support document (with the explanation that they were not approved in principle or first stage approved).
