I have the same concern. Biometric centres are closed due to lockdown.
Mar 22 - AOR
May 25 - Biometric Collection letter
June 9 - RPRF request letter - [uploaded on 11th June ]
I just wonder if any FSW outlands on April has got BIL and MED updates ? My AOR is April 2nd but still got nothing.
Yesterday, June 12, I got MP/BIL.
Today, June 13 I got email that your application status has changed. I opened the portal and it says * Your action required*. But there is nothing. Is it some kinda ghost update that I am not familiar with? AOR April 22

Unusual thou. Right after MP/ Bil and on saturday.Got a ghost update today as well. April AoR 22 ! Perhaps it’s good
Frustrating to see IRCC isn't sending Biometrics and medical updates to outland applicants. I'm based in Australia where covid 19 is under control (nearly eliminated) and where VFS is starting operation from the 15th June.

Me too, mine is AOR 11, no updates yet, according to the database, FSW-outland may need to wait over 70 days. Surprisingly this period has become even longer after March (it was just 60 days)
I’m CEC inland.
FSW candidates be patient. There is is still a way to go! I think they are a little behind on those but you will see that coming! Good luck
Until things fully “normalize” in Canada we will still have delays and restrictions. It’s getting slowly better!
