January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

Hi guys, I have been watching this forum for a while now. I ordered my gcm notes a month ago and have gotten them. Can someone tell me if this notes is good.
My timeline is
AR January 29, 2019
AOR April 4, 2019 ( this I didnt receive until June when I raised a webform query)
Medical: Sept 9, 2019
Med passed: Oct 5, 2019
Pal 1: Oct 9, 2019
Pal 2: Nov 7, 2019
I called at the ending of november and was told that criminality is in progress and security has not yet started. I called again in December and January and the info remains the same.
In February 2020 I called and got the same info. I started questioning the agent who informed me that a biometrics letter was on my file from april 2019. This letter I did not received. I ask the agent to have it re-sent to me. On march 5, 2020, I got the letter for my dependent to do biometrics. It was done on the 10 of the same month.
Ever since it has been silence. I order gcm notes in march 2020 and receive them in April.
Last week I called and was told that criminality and security is now in process.
I believe that the biometrics letter that I did not receive from last year has been the hold up for the file.

so they started to process your security check at the beginning of May?

If that can happens. Still ok.but the way they r processing excusing security not strated .so doubtful if they can do in 16 to 18 months

Not sure but have read and heard multiple times that security status is always be like "NOT STARTED" OR "NOT INITIATED" until it pass. Many applicants in EE and PNP both have received their PR within a week of this "NOT STARTED " status. So, perhaps we should not anticipate that If security is pending then it will take extra 3-4 months. Once they will start working normal, the scenario would be changed.

He he bro, this is not true, there are few advantages like no need IETLS and no need to show POF so you save a lot of money, more over SINP nomination is free than OINP where you pay $3000 in addition to PR fee. That’s why I choose PNP and the approved rate is very high compared to EE.

I am referring to the processing times. Express entry is of course a lot faster than paper-based PNP.

Not fake. They have recently opened thier UAE office. They are gradually opening in some countries with limited workforce.

My AOR is 16/01/2020(outland) waiting for MR (status bar at 45%).
My passport will expire on 06/02/2021. If I apply for renewal of passport right now will cic take more time to send Medical request to me or second option if can i apply for renewal of passport after medical is done? Advice needed...

Anyone facing the same situation??? please reply....
