If not, did anyone have done Upfront Medical and Submitted through Webform ?

By visa extension, did you mean work permit extension? They asked medicals for that?

Hey bro can u pls tell me What to choose when you applied for an extension? i have PnP from ontario but it was expired and already applied for PR you can see my timeline below. i just wanted to ask you what sort of documentation do we need? (i.e Payslips, AOr letter etc)

Close WP extension, I mean. Since my last medical happened in 2018 June so we did it again this year March 2020.

Hi guys,
I mailed my paper based PR application already. And then I realize i had done a silly mistake in Country of Birth field (Imm0008). Instead of choosing my country, i chose Canada as my country of birth. Will they take my application and ask me to send an update, or they just refuse and send the whole application back to me? I've sent 3 webform to inform them my mistake and want to update the application, but they said they couldn't find my application because they might not even open it, they ask me to try it again after they receive it. So, i don't know if they'd accept the application or not.

Mailed application on April 15, 2020.

just refill the particular for and send it through web form explaining your mistake. after a week call them to confirm it was received. then ask the agent ton the phone to leave a message on ur application for the processing officer then you are good. I had the experience Jan 2019. and I was fine

They won’t work on paper applicant files until the time line reaches 18 months
