I mean if we have raised one web form under 'Ready to travel' category and have received a generic response I don't think we need to raise another one telling them that we are ready to travel.
hmnn! I never said another webform should be raised if you have already told them "Ready to travel". I said raise a webform if you can't make it before copr expiration and another if one is ready.

I have just recieved a message to my EE account with exactly the same content that I had already recieved a months ago to my e-mail: "Your application will not be refused....transfered to a responsible office and bla-bla" - a generic response. I did not raise any additional forms, but for some reason they decided to send me this letter again, but to my EE account this time. What could it mean?
My COPR expired 21th of April. Raised two web-forms about inability to travel in March and April.
I have also got same email again. They just want to keep us chillax may be.:)

Yes I also received the same generic response in my EE account which I had previously received via the email.
Are you able to travel now and did you raise any webform regarding that?
I have not sent "ready for travel" web-form yet. We do have international flights to Amsterdam, South Korea, Frankfurt, but all of them are for foreign nationals. People with valid PR visas are excempt from the travel ban, but last week 40 people having various visas to South Korea were denied boarding without apperent reason. Our border control officers are not aware of particular excemptions, have no idea of what PR visa or work visa is. So I don;t think I can use these flights as a reason for travel. However, on the news they say that International flights will be resumed to Turkey. May be then I will raise the form.

... or started working on a backlog like @CountessO said :)
I either keep overthinking it and picturing the worst scenario (like "oh, we decided to pospone all COPR expired cases till the next year"), or I keep seeking the hope in each word of every IRCC generic response.

This sounds like the CEOs personal opinion, not an official pronouncement.
Many airlines CEOs are expressing same opinion that quarantine arrangements should be abandoned given they are halting any recovery of the economy. The UK just started a quarantine on Monday and already the CEOs of major UK airlines are expressing similar view but no official plan to remove the requirement.

Yes fair but expressed by the roundtable which is composed of other stakeholders too. I think might help the Govt making such decision.
Governments as far as COVID are more likely swayed by the science as opposed to the commercial interest of an airline, at least that’s what a government might say to the public. Air Canada as with many other airlines has major financial issues due to COVID so of course any pressure they can bring I guess helps.

Guyssss!!!!!!! 14 day of quarantine no longer required!!!????????
14 days quarantine rule is delaying the travelling plans for many travellers thereby causing financial impacts on many airlines. Good news is that CEO of AirCanada has raised this concern. As per twitter, it seems that they have formed a committee to create a travel safety roadmap for saving summer travel season. They might propose something to Canadian govt.

I think untill we get a effective medicine or vaccine, its only fair if there is quarantine period involved because you never know who might be carrying the virus and we all know how fast it spreads. if at all It should be relaxed or applied based on country one is coming from and how severe is the impact of COVID 19 in that country. or else get people tested after 4-7 days of arrival.
