where it is written to keeping paid employment? in duration of two years job may be gone in corona recession or may be some break in job also....

is it written anywhere that continuous employment is must in paper based application... till we get PR?

I have always submitted all the supporting documents previously when applied for the work, study, visitor permits...but this time for PR I didn't submit any other document except from that list, as already have shown all my income etc. docs when applied for provincial nominee...as I remember there is a note somewhere in the checklist saying "do not attach any other document which are not in the list". However, don't think it will be a mistake if you attach some...and, if you don't...IRCC agent can ask for additional documents.

Yep, then an applicant should better not to submit those bank statements etc. Do not only listen to the consultant, stick with the official requirements as well because the requirements could change.

Is it ok to submit paper based application without PCC (police clearance) now ?

because it may take more than 30 days to get PCC from country where we live.

1) If any one stay less than 6 months by visiting two times abroad then? I think no need to submit PCC for that country

2) for me I visited 6 times but not a single time stay for more than 6 months in a row but total time is more than 6 months - even then I took PCC and will submit


3) for our residence country...i not have PCC now but can i submit later as per guidelines then how much time they will give to submit ? and if submit without PCC then any delay observed by anyone ?

IMO, if you did not submit the PCC, your application is not completed. Maybe better to call them and ask what should you do in this case.

This is what I found in Document checklist for PCC. I applied without PCC but explained the situation in a separate letter stating I will be sending it soon.

row since the age of 18. You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the
CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO

I also want to know because there are lots of people with nomination without a job

Yes, PNP paper based program requires keeping paid employment until PR. So, we don't need to submit proof of fund. We receive salary that proves the fund.

Like bbjeon38 said, this certainly does not apply to all. This IMO applies to inland applicants who were working before OINP nominations. Other provinces might have different criteria. Check under MPNP under ‘what to do while waiting for visa processing’

Yes, you are right. It could not be applicable to all. But the concept of paper based application may be similar. There would be a requirement in your province.

Even i have given Biometrics on 24th Feb,2020 and the biometric number is displayed in my GC key on that day itself. However under Application status the messege is same as what it was before biometrics enrolment " We do not need your finger prints at this moment, we will send you a message if this changes". Kindly guide and share timelines. My application is showing 21 % completion. When we will get our Medicals?

With all these delays due to Covid-19, it is not certain when we will receive Medical requests. I know some one whose AOR is July 2019 and has not received Medical request yet.

I was wondering if we opted to do upfront medical will it be of any help to them? Because maybe they think that the medical offices are closed. I understand that covid cause these delays but gosh its frustrating to just sit an wait and it seem like your application is not progressing. And then 2019 applicants are waiting for medical too. When are they going to get to 2020? All we can do now is keep the faith guys.

Yes that requirement is for eligibility till u apply means years of experience u write and showing proof...as an example if one person show 10 years experience then he/she must show proof of that but when applied and then any gap in current job experience then i think it will not having any negative impact as on base of his/her past submitted experience he/she will get letter of nomination....

Dear freind,

as per my view it is simple...when you write something and if you submit true and real fact then provide al;l supporting documents... this wil prove your honesty.....you can not add document later.....try to submit maximum proof...job letter experince letter salry slip..bank statement whrere salry deposited any deductyaion like PF etc.

choice is yours but try to submit maximum u can when you are true.

Depend on your application type...

but when you are true then be honest..... think..after submission you can not able to add any documents.. so be honest try to submit maximum you can....
like job letter,salary slips,bank statement where salary submitted,experience letter,any government deduction like PF and also IT returns as proof.
This will make your file more strong and positive...
