IELTS expiring after receiving PNP nomination

Hello
I received my PNP nomination on 4th June 2020 and have until 4th July to accept the nomination and maybe receive my ITA after that. However, my IELTS is expiring on 7th July 2020. Hence I had few questions regarding this:
1. What happens when my IELTS expires before the next CIC draw of ITA is given out? Wil my Nomination still be valid?
2. Suppose i receive my nomination now and hopefully get an ITA before my IELTS expire. Can I accept the ITA and then give my IELTS exam within 90 days before submitting my documents for an AOR. If I do so, will my express entry expire because of IELTS expiry?
3. Should I decline the ITA and give my IELTS exam and then accept the ITA? If so, how many times can I decline an ITA?

Because of COVID pandemic, IELTS exams are cancelled indefinitely in my country. So what would be the best possible route for me to wait out until the IELTS exam is available to be taken. Please suggest

You must give IELTS again and revise your score before IELTS get expired. Thats the basic thing an apllicant is to make sure in Express Entry. The IELTS score, The passport expiry, The WES expiry, POF and many such things are applicants basic things which shall be monitored.

If for some reason you are not able to then you can create a new Profile and request PNP program to transfer your PT to the new profile. Find out the best way to give exam and make new profile. In this case you are relying on PNP not to check your score between expiry of IELTS to new IELTS. If they check before the new IELTS are in and find your IELTS expired they will reject the application.
