Job offer in Canada

- I received a letter of employment contract for a company in Canada. After passing the interview with the form. They Send me by mail to the Canadian Commission in India, New Delhi. To finish the procedures.with Mr. Mac Donaldson.
After Milli, the form I received RCC, ESDC form. I signed it and upset him, after that I received the visa approval letter.
Now he asked me to pay 480 dollars.

He asked me to contact him to find out how to pay

please advise. Do I pay? Or is this a scam?

Definitely a scam. Do not send them any money. There is no job and the entire thing is fake.
