Ok.No, my spouse’s presence was made mandatory and as the officer had a lot of doubts about the marriage genuinity. Luckily he was in Pakistan those days. First I was called in alone, then both of us together. He was not questioned separately. The officer was Caucasian female, a very nice person. She confirmed on the spot that she believes and is satisfied that our relationship is genuine, and would issue remedical right away. The questions were basically about our likes, dislikes, how well we know each other, what I know about his life in Canada, his previous marriage, what he knows about me and what are our future plans. The questions were very detailed, pertaining to our specific situation. Of course one of the question was: what would you do if I deny your case? I and hubby answered, he will move to Pakistan in that case and will appeal the decision too in the meantime as we just want to be together.
Yes very true. I pray we all hear good news very very soon Insha'Allah. In these times the most we can do is stay positive no matter what, because this time we have to pass without our spouses so whether we do it with anxiety and grief or hopefulness and confidence in the Al-Mighty Allah swt is up to us. I wish all of us the very bestthings are messy at the momnt canada wont be able to bear the immgration influx in covid-19 situation. health care system is under pressure social services are undr pressure socialwelfare is under presure as far there is no cure to covid-19 immgration streamline wont be back to normal til thn

No, I wasn’t missing any documents. Both in PFL and ADR, I was asked for the same documentation such as proof of cohabitation, more and more photographs to signify our ongoing relationship. During our interview, the officer did explain he had issues with the genuineness of our relationship since the time he received our file and thus interview required. We did not have a traditional wedding with lots of guests as it was my husbands second marriage. That was the main reason for the interview.Ok.
do you know if you were missing any supporting docs such as pictures, flight details like ticket reservations etc or proof of communication/ anything else along application that caused interview occurrence.
Well you can submit webform or ask the sponsor to contact your local MP assist you find the application status to the very least. yes London visa office asking nothing is a very good thing off course. Just hope covid19 travel restriction are lifted so Canada can have air traffic flow. Best of luckHi,
I am also January 2019 applicant...i just noticed that alot of people from January 2019 are still waiting like me....but in my case i never got ADR or interview or anythin since AOR 2 on Dec 10,2019 and status on ECAS shows that "they started processing my application on January 9,2020".
should i be worried or be happy that since then its complete silence and didn't receive anything? i saw someone said no asking anything is a good sign??well now due to COVID-19 nothing is happening anyways....please tell me guys...is this good to show status on ECAS??
thanks.
