Hi. I am from INDIA, My spouse has applied for my Canadian spousal PR as i am residing in INDIA
We Applied for my spousal sponsorship visa in the month of February 2020, but due to some paper requirement, we submitted the file AGAIN in the month of April 2020.
"Does anyone received the File number (AOR), who all have submitted the file in 2020 after MARCH also, is there any Impact of COVID19 over the file status.?

Yes, there is an impact. We are all waiting for our AOR.

No, the reason I asked was because I am the sponsor too, and I sent a webform with a question, and they responded that I need to fill this form out.
Thats why I asked you because you are the sponsor and you didnt need to fill this form to use webform....
It doesnt make any sense.

Representative form is not required to use the webform it is required so IRCC can disclose information about the application in case someone other than the principle applicant is requesting the information. I assume the sponsor wanted to get updates so is this why first it will require a consent from the applicant that IRCC can share the info with you. Same if someone using a lawyer so the applicant need to fill Representative form enabling his lawyer to receive info from IRCC.

I (the sponsor) sent a webform today. I should have asked my wife.
Can I ask her to send it as well? or Should i not bother them twice with the same application, meaning will that have a negative impact on the application?

Good question maybe they stack em in different piles based on when they are delivered

The info about processing application received before February 12, 2020 is so confusing as it means they are only working on those received before this date. However from the spreadsheet tracker almost all February and three applicants of March got some updates means the IRCC is processing them. Dose anyone knows what IRCC means by this date specifically?
