Has anyone received study permit with Personal Loan (and not educational)

Hi, is there anyone here who has got their study permit using Personal Loan against FD instead of education loan?
Cz i applied with personal loan of 14.4 lakh against FD of 16 lakh INR.
This is my loan sanction letter... Will it count as a valid proof of fund????????

Did you get your visa? I’m planning to take personal loan as well.
