Did you send COPR copies through web form?
My parents have COPR since 4th March and their landing appointment was booked on 24th March,2020 but was cancelled due to COVID.
I had send web form to CIC but they ask me tons of questions below:-
  • Surname and complete given name (including middle name, if applicable) - exactly as they appear on the passport or identity document,
  • Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD),
  • Client ID Number, UCI or Application Number,
  • Country of birth,
  • Type of application,
  • Date on which the application was submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada,
  • Mailing method (courier, Canada Post (registered or regular mail), etc.),
    • company used,
    • confirmation no.,
  • Office where the application was submitted (city, country),
  • Receipt number,
  • Current address,
  • Telephone number(s),
  • Email address, and
  • All documents submitted with your previous request.
If you are contacting us on behalf of someone else:

  • Please make sure to enter their information under the Applicant Information section and your information under the Enquirer Information section, and
    • please also include the following information in the Your enquiry box of the Web form:
      • your surname and complete given name (including middle name, if applicable),
      • your date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD), and
      • your country of birth.
Dont know what should I do?

Can you please share what exactly you wrote to local office?
Subject: landing interview appointment

I am principal applicant and my wife is dependent on permanent resident file. We have received our passport along with COPR.
My file details are,

your file details

Due to recent outbreak COVID-19 we can not travel anywhere. Can we book an appointment for Landing interview? What will be our next step? Please find attached COPR copies for me and my spouse. Kindly let me know if you need any other information.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I will start with Saying that this is a great place for the information and I have couple of questions and I'm hoping that I will be able to get educated answers for them...
I have applied for my mother Under PGP19 Program and
Q1) my mother is 84 years of age so so if I'm thinking correctly she doesn't require biometrics anymore
Q2) She is here in Canada since April 2019 on Super Visa ... Will she be asked to provide police clearance certificate for her time in Canada as on CIC website it says that PCC for the time period in Canada is not required
Kindly tell what you think about it
Thanks
Atif

Thanks, so 2 months in advance. Do you know what is the process after that? i.e. do they have to do medicals again or send passport for stamping again etc.?
There is no point in submitting a request for extension 2 months in advance since you won’t get an extension until COPR expires. Parents are supposed to attempt to travel which may be possible before August.
