Hi Group Members,

I have few queries with regards to NOI letter that I received today.

My scenario is
- I entered in Canada on 14th June 2019.
- I created my profile in Feb 2020.
- on May 1st 2020, the system has counted my score as 443 based on 1 year experience but ideally, I will complete 1 year in Canada on 14th June 2020.
- Today I got NOI from Ontario PNP
- I can see that it is written in many forums and blogs that I have 45 days to respond to NOI for submitting my documents.
- so I am thinking to wait until 15th June 2020 to respond to NOI

My question to this group is, am I doing right thing? because in my case, the 45 days will be ending on 25th June 2020 and I am planning to respond to NOI on 15th June 2020.

am I doing correct?

Seeking your advise.

Thanks
Vishal
Yours is little bit trickly. You have to explain clearly about your situation, did you get points > 421 without 1 year of CEC?
If yes, you are good. It is better you wait till you complete 1 year and then send the papers.

Hai, any one have changed jobs recently? I have one question to support earlier employment for which I heard we have to indicate detail Job verification to be provided by old employers. Did anyone tried reaching out to companies like Info, Wipro, IBM etc.. Normally no one will give with all the details which IRCC looks for. Just looking for anyone experience on supporting document for OINP as well as later on EE submission

My score: 427
NOC: 2175
Birthday in 3 days
:(

I created my EE profile in July 2019. I've lost my hopes, but the tech draws have been keeping my attention.

I don't have Canadian work experience, nor degrees, but 10+ years work experience with the NOC and 2 diplomas, plus CLB 9/10.

In 3 days I'll lose 5 points because of my birthday.

My score is 446 and had received Invite 2 days ago (through OINP Tech Draw).
Today, noticed that the Federal CRS draw score dropped to 447 (just 1 less point to my score).
Question to get clarified - please help:

Q1) should I accept the invite immediately or is there any time line to accept the invite (before it will expire)?

Q2) If I accept the OINP invite (and prepare to gather documents to submit), will I be still in pool for Federal draw to get invited (if by chance the score will further decrease by 1 or 2 points) by this month end ?

Congratulations to those who received ONIP Tech Draws - NOI recently.

In your case, I would suggest you to wait for another EE round, may get ITA because for ONIP you have 45 days to submit your application.

I second that, wait for another 20 days and continue to prepare your documents and keep it handy. You may get picked in next draw. I am not sure if I get selected in main draw on CEC or not. My CRS score is 436

I'm on 432 and received ONIP Tech draw on May 13. I'm thinking to wait for few weeks and see if I can get though EE-CEC draw otherwise would go for ONIP route.

2 draws have happened so for and close to 7K NOI have issued only for CEC and we see points and just 8 points reduced so far. I doubt they will clear all CEC before they start looking at FSW for draw. Soon or later they may open up draws for say by July/Aug. Do we know how many CEC are in the wait list for with CRS 430 and above?

Since Mar-23 to till date (almost 2 months),
due to current pandemic situation
we're seeing only PNP/CEC draws conducted by IRCC . So far 16990 CEC candidates has been invited and have seen total 20 pts drop from 467-447. If this trend continues hoping to see more pts drop for CEC in next few draws.

Guys, I am in a very unfortunate situation . I got OINP nomination at 432(CEC INLAND). I have all other documents but lost IELTS TRF. I have tried to contact the institution where I have taken the exam and they are closed till June 2. I am afraid they may remain closed even after June 2. I know IELTS TRF is not needed for EE but OINP is asking to upload that document.
Please suggest if I should take a screenshot of the result from their website(with my candidate number and name) and attach a LOE that I cannot get a duplicate TRF because of covid-19 ? I am sure ontario can check my result with my candidate number. Please suggest what should I be doing ? Is there chances of rejection based on that ? Should I wait for EE call as for CEC it might drop further.

No need to accept anything .. follow the instructions and create application in oinp website Under hcp stream and as a part of checklist they will ask you to take a screenshot of noi and attach it to the application .
Thanks! Tha's correct...I have checked with one of my friends as well. Thanks for your help!

Thanks Gaurav, to get into 430 how many rounds are you expecting? Do you think chances would be before end of June.
