thanks for the message of hope. so in reference into my post on the other thread, "is it accurate or true that when the application passed in eligibility stage, everything will be fine? What I mean is because in other stage like criminal, security, background stage, of course as long you know to yourself that you are a good,law-abiding citizen and not participating in any groups involving anti-government thing or committing human rights violation (which is impossible if you are just plain citizen), and in medical, if you confident that you are 100% healthy. Because in my opinion, eligibility is the most stage that it is not easy o comply. Any thoughts? thanks.", eligibility is the most important of all stages, kind of a gate pass before the application proceeds to another level of process.
Eligibility is the most important stage where all your documents are verified again your points. If your eligibility is passed, then that means your work reference letters, your CRS, MEC, POF etc, are all in place. As regards criminality and security, you don't have much control over it anyway.

Hi @legalfalcon i have a query... I raised a web form and according to that my eligibility was met at CPC Ottawa and bg, security and criminality were valid. Is there any difference in valid and met. AoR was 14 December 2019.
Valid is that they have all the documents in place and most likely the stages are passed.

Hi @legalfalcon, quick question. I've been working fulltime in Canada for a while but due to COVID I had to work 20 hours a week for 3 weeks - after that I went back to fulltime. I know this is probably too new to be sure (and EE only considers months and not days/weeks when creating a work experience), so I would like to know if in my EE profile woukd it be okay to have one single work experience as fulltime and explain in LOE + wait for what would be the correct time to accept ITA when the moment comes?

Hi @legalfalcon , i review my gcms notes and it says"Integrated search found that applicant stays without legal status in CDA for a period of time (which is fine because i declared it in my application). Aside from WP and extension refusals, there appears no adverse info.
The one that has an underlined makes me worried. Though I click YES on the question “Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory?” , and here's my detailed answer "Applied for restoration as a worker on January 16, 2017 but refused". I only declared the latest one but not the other two (because i have two refusals in the past 2014 and 2016, but got approved when reapply, this third one, unfortunately has been denied) . Is there any effect on my application, because I did not mention the other two? if yes, what would i do to resolve this while my application is under process?

Thank you very much.

Hi @legalfalcon. I updated my personal history with new information, 10 days after AOR date through webform. The new information included business ownership under my name and part time job, which were inadvertently not included in personal history at the time of submission. In my GCMS notes review required is marked against the document which was uploaded to update about the missed information under personal history. Is it something to be worried about? I am not claiming points for these experiences and my eligibility has been marked met as per case processing agent.

Thanks in advance

There are two things to consider. If your employment contract states that you were employed on a full time basis and then were asked to reduce your hours due to COVID-19, then you need not worry and just show that as full time work.

If you are working on an hourly basis, and for 2 weeks you worked less than 30 hours a week, then you will have to explain it in LoE. Currently IRCC has not issued any clarification on this, and I doubt that a clarification will come anytime soon.

Ideally all your visa refusals should be declared in your application, not doing so can lead to misrepresentation. See http://canlii.ca/t/h3crx

No need to be concerned, since you have declared it and also not claiming points for it. RR, does not mean an issue as such, just a request to the officer to review your specific documents.

I have a post on RR, and you can search it by entering "understanding review required" in the search tab.

Just send a CSE
Ah . Last three question about this.

1. When I send in CSE, do i need to provide update forms (Schedule A?) or just a letter declaring and explaining my previous refusals?
2. Once I send those forms or LoE through CSE, is there a guarantee that I will not be charge for misrepresenting my application since I made those updates/changes?
3. Does sending a CSE has a positive effect in the application, especially updating things that did not declare in the actual forms as proof that there's no intention of withholding information especially in my case?

Again my sincerest thanks for helping us applicants to sharing infos about are cases. Keep safe.

Dear @legalfalcon
My medical expired on May 2nd this year. On April 18th, my medical result changed from you don’t need a medical exam, we will let you know if that’s changes to you passed the medical exam on April 18th. Does it mean IRCC extended my medical for additional year? I am a US based applicant.
Thanks

1. No.

2. As long as you disclose it yourself, then before a decision is made it cannot be a misrepresentation since you disclosed it.

3. IRCC has all the information on your immigration in Canada in their database. Even if you do not disclose it, they can find it. However, it is prudent to disclose it in good faith.
