Yes, I did it from inside Canada. Funnily, they asked for mine and not my husband's (we moved here the same time). I received the report within 10 days at my home address.

There is ample time i.e. 60 days but it has been 6 months since our application is been submitted. hope to get result soon.

I got below response from webform. Though I asked about background, security etc. They choose to reply only for eligibility.

Furthermore, all the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.

I wish there was an easier way at the moment of activating PR without having to go to Canada to cross the border. It's unlikely we'll be able to make the move any time soon and return flights to cross the border are currently £5000 for a family of 3. If only they could activate it when we send our passports to the embassy!

I am so happy to see GU today. Hopefully everything is going well and we all will receive golden email soooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

So I raised a webform after saw GU on May 6th, and here is the response. Does that mean everything is PASS????

Ask about the overall status of your application. Ask about your eligibility, background, security and even your Visa office, unless you already know it.
U should have your UCI and Application number handy b4 you start.
