Per my understanding, you have to send return courier envelope with pasted shipping label or book thru BLS so that they have return label avialable in their system to return your documents. But do not worry, BLS would reach out to you, and you may have to send if required by them. Or, you can call Purolator and confirm if they booked thru BLS VAS and charged you for both pick up and drod off. If yes then you should be all set. If not then still I guess you can go to https://www.blsindia-canada.com/vas/ and purchase one dropoff label mentioning your passport number. Did you went to Purolator office? Or they came to your address for pick up.Today i did the process of Bls for PCC. But then I had one doubt for this whole process. I only got one label for printing and also the Purolator guy said that they will only use one envelope and where not gonna put one extra for them to return it, he also didn't let me come in the store, said he will do everything and took the documents from me. Just wanted to know if was it the same for all you guys.?
I got email response from BLS on the courier. Below is the response:
"You may either call our customer care number as mentioned on the website(www.blsindia-canada.com) to book pick-up and drop-off courier service or you may send the complete application set (please refer to the checklist) through BLS authorized courier service -PUROLATOR (track-able registered post) along with the application fee & return courier fee in form a bank draft or money order (further details mentioned in the checklist). "

- Processing of Visa Applications at BLS Centers has been temporarily suspended, as per Ministry guidelines.
- Passport, OCI, PCC Applications are being accepted only through mail/post.
- BLS Walk-in Application Centers are Closed due to COVID-19. Applicants need to Call BLS Call Center to book the Pick-up & Drop off service for submitting Passport, OCI, PCC and Surrender/Renunciation Applications.
- Only BLS authorized courier service (Purolator) can reach the BLS Quarantined Postal Hubs which can ONLY BE BOOKED THROUGH BLS CALL CENTER.
- Any Other Courier/ Mail delivery would Not reach BLS Quarantined Postal Hubs and BLS would Not be responsible for such applications.
- The applications are accepted only at the below mentioned centers
- Processing time is longer than usual due to high postal volume and also because of applications being quarantined at both BLS location and at the Consulate.
