Hai all , I know we don’t have embassies open and have to apply for PCC via postal, is it possible to submit other documents and pay fee , and submit PCC and medical later, because the fee will be more if we submit after April 30

Yes, you can. But make sure you attach LOE in Police Certificate & Upfront Medicals.

You need to send the Original passport, and rest other documents -(PCC application, visa status document, passport photo copy) .
Generate a label in BLS website
Take 44.40 CAD Money order on the name of - BLS INTL Canada Services INC
put these docs in one cover, paste the label on the top.
call the purolator CC and ask for a pick up.
Done

I got mine from UPS Store in Toronto. Must be one open at Ottawa too.

I wanted to ask in this scenario.

1. Let say I have PCC for several Countries dated March 2020 (USA, Qatar, UAE, and the Philippines) I used for TWP applications. after a year or 2, let say March 2021, I am applying for PR, can I exactly use the same PCC even expired since I no longer travel back to these 4 countries?

2. In the same case, if I am a PR already and after 3 years (March 2025) I applied for Citizenship can I exactly use the same PCC even expired since I no longer travel back to these 4 countries?
