same here. mine eCOPR expired in april. It has been 200 days since my eCOPR was issues and 46 days since sent in production.

anyone with ECOPR date February 19 or eariler still didn’t get the card?

mine is ECOPR feb 19. Same thing, PR portal and Etobicoke office. Called many times always same skripted answer. Web forms sent multiple times with no response ever received. Meanwhile procesing time is 44 days.

My ECopr is Feb 19th through the portal, got my GU 1 July 23. Caled IRCC and they said as of Friday card is in production /printing. How long that takes usually? Anybody knows? Thanks!
