Eligibility to apply is one thing and getting an ITA is another, I have seen many applicants with 60, 61 or even 62 points to apply for this but they are only swimming in the pool and not getting ITA. I always advice the prospects never put your eggs in one basket. Canada immigration is very finicky, there are changes in policies every single month. Almost all of the programs have quotas. EVEN SINP has a limit and they can only invite so many people in a year so before you apply you need to make that it if its is making sense to apply for this program at the specific time. Most people only see if their NOC is in demand but believe me there is lot of things that matters when it comes to PNP's. That is why initial consultation with an immigration lawyer is very important.
