LMIA application processing time?

Hii to all,
I have a query,
If the employer have a business which comes in a non essential business and it is closed from march first week due to coronavirus,
Will it will be possible that if he applyfor an LMIA, it will approve by service Canada.
Business is closed and remain closed until further notice from government.
Please advice

Are they in the process of advertising the position ? More than likely they’ll have to wait to see if there’s any qualified Canadians/PR available for the job before hiring a foreign national.
I got my closed WP approval based on LMIA! Inland.
Applied with biometrics Feb 19th.
The decision was made on May 1st.
72 days.
