No update. My employer helped me call ESDC last Tues and they just said the file is still processing, nothing more.

Submitted to ESDC in early March 2020, no reply so far.

LMIA Applied in Ontario under NOC - 2174 ( Computer programmers and interactive media )

a) Applied - 25 September 2018
b) Interview - 23 April 2019
c) ESDC asked for review - 17 May 2019
d) Supporting Documents Submitted on - 24 May 2019

No decision or reply received till today

Employer has also filed an appeal
Preliminary Hearing = 9 January 2020
Case accepted for further hearing.


Anyone in same situation with such a delay

ESDC recently shared the processing time for the month of may. The maximum time frame is 44 days. But still a lot of people waiting from 3 months.

Note that the updated processing time seems even faster but I still receive no feedback. More than 3 months already.
