Hello, thank you for your suggestion in advance, God bless.
Post graduate certificate of 8 months(1 year) at George brown college.
Reasons for the last VISA denial in April was:
1. Based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
2. Based on your personal assets and financial status

I do not have any FAMILY MEMBER in canada (dead or alive) and i expressed it very clearly, I have family in nigeria (both parents and a brother) and parents provided all assets (several lands, several houses, etc).

The 2nd reason, i put means of financial support (family and myself), this was a mistake, because my father had all the money not me, so i understand the 2nd reason and i can fix it,
I am from NIGERIA, My first and second applications where made from Poland- europe(and i was denied with 4 reasons), this last application i made it from Kenya (which represents Nigeria too) and i was denied with these two reasons,

1. Please what should i do now? university has postponed my studies to september due to covid19 and this will be my 4th application if i decide to submit now, I need your help
2. Should i submit this 4th application from Kenya again? or from Nigeria my home country?
3. I do NOT have any family member in canada, HOW do i further explain this to embassy or how do i address this Family ties issue??

Would suggest ordering GCMS notes. So you live in Nigeria. Have you lived there for the past 5 years. What is your education and work background? What program did you apply for in Canada? How much liquid cash did your father show in his personal accounts (not business).

I live in europe and have not traveled home to nigeria in the past 7 years because of studies, i wanted to go home this febraury 2020 before this coronavirus hit, is there anything else i could do about this?
I have a masters and bsc

You have no recent connection to your home country so it is pretty clear that you don’t plan on returning. Your choice of degrees doesn’t make sense. You already have a masters and you wanting to study at college. That is considered an inferior degree.

Thank you for your suggestions, But I will respectfully disagree with you; There are personal circumstances behind every difficult situation, btw my parents support my studies throughout and even this prospective study. Most importantly they finance me. we are only two children, why would i not want to return to my home country after all my studies? it is just ludicrous to say that i do not have communication with my home country even with so many documents provided by them (and i just graduated just immediately before coronavirus started)?

Secondly, the program i am taking up in toronto is related to my profession in studies, so what do you mean?
If you have no better advice to give, please do not write. thank you.

I am explaining why you have been refused so many times. You can order the GCMS notes to see what you are being refused and you will see that the reasons are in line with what I have indicated. You have been living abroad for an extremely long time therefore have very little current ties except your extended family. It is very challenging to apply for a study permit from a 3rd country. In order to get a study permit you have to show how the program will lead to career advancement. What kind of masters do you have? A masters degree is much more advanced than a PG diploma from a college. It doesn’t make sense to spend a lot of money on a PGD in IBM if you already have a masters degree. It is assumed that you are not a genuine student and are studying for immigration purposes.

Thank you for your response,
But this is certainly not true, I have a college Bsc in Business and a masters in Political sciences (which is not business), I wish to pursue my carrear in business, that is the motivation behind my application for this degree, I applied for the IBM in toronto and the embassy did not mention anything aout my purpose or intensions, they only mentioned about this family ties and finance.

I tried to research about this GCMS but they said it is only canadian citizens or permanent residents can apply for it, is it true? how do i apply for it?

Yes you can apply for GCMS. Would search the forum people have posted the links to apply from abroad. There is a small fee. You already have a commerce degree. The PGD in IBM does not add much to your education. Assume your previous refusals may have said purpose of visit. Not all refusal reasons are posted. If finances are an issue is your father providing proof of personal savings accounts? Sometimes business owners provide business accounts which CIC doesn’t accept because the funds are there to be used for the business.

They mentioned two reasons,
1. the family ties (which you have explained to me very clearly)
2. the finance (is very fixable, my father will issue me a statemtn with 60k dollars -fixable too

For the family ties, as you explained earlier, i will travel to my family in nigeria this May/June, spend few months and apply from there.
should that be okay enough?
And about the GCMS, if i apply for it, does it really help me in any way? what kind of information does it contain?

thank you, you are a life saver;);) :*

A few months is unlikely to be long enough. If you suddenly are able to show a savings account with 60k there will be questions about why this money was not included in the past 3 applications. Yes GCMS notes provide a more detailed reason for refusals.

Just to to add that courses such as IBM, GBM and even project management have a reputation of being the easiest courses to take when someone is looking for immigration so on balance a visa officer has to be convinced of intention of returning back to home country. Not easy to demonstrate if someone has been in a third country for years.

No no no; there was still alot of money in the account before like about 12k and about 5k in my account.
So, what do you advice/recommend that i do now?
I will try to apply for the GCMS notes today.

That is still a huge change in funds in a small amount of time. You should show where the money is coming from if for example you sold some property.
