Hi all! My friend is applying under cec and has almost 2 years of experience

however, he needs to upload offer of employment. Isnt it for those who are being sponsored to come to canada? Also he needs to submit proof of funds.

can it be that he did some mistakes in questionaire?

Is your friend claiming 50 points for a valid job offer? If yes, that’s the reason the checklist is asking for offer of employment.

double check the questionnaire. As for the PoF, since you're friend is invited under CEC, this could be set to 0, that should remove the PoF requirement. If it still doesn't work, just upload a document in the PoF placeholder stating that PoF is not required under CEC.
