If you answer it as "yes", then "try to get the letter from the employer stating that you were laid off from that job due to COVID-19, and you will be rejoined once the situation is back to normal".
If you answer "NO" i guess still you will be fine as you have claimed the points for one year...
If you qualify for CEC or if you have valid job offer supported by LMIA in NOC O, A, B, then Proof Of Funds are not required. As you have stated, your job category is in NOC C, proof of funds are required while submitting application.
If you have gained one year of Canadian experience before getting ITA then you are good to go.... In CEC you dont need to show proof of funds and status doesn't matter (either study, visitor, worker or implied status) for applying express entry...
