Guys just a heads up most of the agents are working from home so you can't really speak to someone else. And it will take time for the credit card to be charged. If you have the confirmation that they have received it, just wait. The customer service agent have no visibility on what the back office team is doing in terms of processing. They just see the notes of the agents that are left on your file and that's all they can relay to you or simply ask you to call later. On top of that, some either don't like their job or give wrong info without knowing. We just have to be patient.
