Guys just a heads up most of the agents are working from home so you can't really speak to someone else. And it will take time for the credit card to be charged. If you have the confirmation that they have received it, just wait. The customer service agent have no visibility on what the back office team is doing in terms of processing. They just see the notes of the agents that are left on your file and that's all they can relay to you or simply ask you to call later. On top of that, some either don't like their job or give wrong info without knowing. We just have to be patient.

Thank you for informing us. I think none of them like their job lol , if they did they would be processing our files quicker.

Just for your reference... we applied for CSQ on Sep 29, 2019. Credit card and AOR were quick - Oct 15, 2019 I believe. After that, complete silence.
I called on March 10, 2020 (yes, almost 5 months after AOR). They said over the phone that CSQ had been approved on March 3rd and should be coming in the mail anytime.
CSQ arrived in the mail on March 23rd.
(note that this was a family sponsorship case)

No idea what COVID might have done to this, but yes it takes a looong time...

Application received: Dec 9th, 2019
AOR: Feb 6, 2020

But we never received the CIC invitation for CSQ application. I've been reading the forums and seems like all the inland applicants from Dec and January already got their invitations, but we never did. Anyone who had ever heard about a similar situation? We already contacted CIC but agents at the phone are pretty much not useful, we are kind of desperate by now.
