Hi Tina. We are from Peru. I have the same timeline with you, my application was sent to Mexico in October 27th, I receive pre arrival yesterday.
My application was received on June 1, 2019 in Case Processing Centre Sydney from Lima, Peru. The Sponsor Elegibility on July 26. Request for medical examination on July 26. Biometrics request on July 26. Biometrics sent date and medical examination on August 5.
Sending the application to the Mexico office on October 25. Pre arrival June 12.
