He's one of the lucky ones . I saw his timelines on his signature. He's a Dec app. PreA received on March 8.

None from MVO. While we all understand that the situation calls for delays in processing. I just could not help but feel upset. SG for one is also on lockdown until June. I am pretty sure they also follow the government mandate. Yet, apps transferred to SGVO continues to be processed and have been getting updates. I keep on checking the website / social media pages of VFS, same as Canadian Embassy of the PH. Still no news about spousal apps. Hoping to get good news soon. :(
