I would like to inform you that I have already applied through online request for getting reimbursement amount long time back and I didn't get the amount so far yet.
I also applied online several times since more than one year back and I did not get the amount yet. Why Quebec? please let me know my fault to not refund my money so far. It is my right. It is not a small amount you took from one who has family with 5 persons. Anyway, thank you.

I haven't received any confirmation email from MIFI regarding this. Actually I don't know what will do for getting reimbursement.

I contacted them by email and they answered for my 3rd email, definitely no rush and same 0 info as before. One year later and they still haven't idea.

Après un suivi auprès du service responsable, nous sommes informés que le Ministère a bel et bien reçu vos deux formulaires de demande de remboursement, et que votre dossier est en processus de vérification présentement. Dès que la vérification sera terminée, le Ministère poursuivra le traitement de votre demande.
