I think they are not updating the system properly or regularly due to COVID .. I got my COPR but status still says processing. My wife has mailed her passport to CPC Ottawa on 13th and we are yet to hear back..

In the GCKey my wife's also still says processing, but in ecas it shows decision made.

Oh i found it - it says application not found.. What did you enter for

Identification Type - UCI?
Surname - your name or your wifes?
