So can I add the experience to my profile in June and after receiving ITA send them a LOE?
Don't do that. It will result in misrepresentation and you could get banned for 5 years.

No, you need to wait until you have that minimum of 1 year of experience before applying and accepting an ITA. Otherwise you'd be lying.

True
That is what I thought too. That s why I asked. Maybe I misinterpreted.
I do not know what program they are talking about but the general rule of thumb is you need a year of continuous skilled work experience for FSW while a year of cumulative skilled work experience for CEC.

Does it mean there could be a draw on the 8th?
Doesn’t really mean because there was one before 1st of April and nothing showed up so if there is another maintenance before 8th, then we might just see a draw. I strongly feel that the next draw will be an unusual distribution. The IRCC guys been working underground but we really don’t know what they have been doing until they inform us.

Are annual leaves not considered? Out of 52 weeks, surely annual leave is around 3 weeks at least.
I don't know. Are they? Do you mean I need 49 weeks?
I didn't have any leaves. I worked 45 weeks continuous and only 3 sick days.

Annual leave and sick days count as days of full time work experience. You are still on the company's payroll when you take leave and sick days, so the counter keeps going for EE work experience.

I wish It was the same for EI and temporary lay off due to COVID19.

It would be fair if they consider this period as work experience too. Working with a PGWP is for way beyond just the money. It is a matter od weeks. I hope they realize that.

The general rule of thumb is you are gaining full-time work experience as long as you are getting paid for more than 30 hrs/week. Vacation and sick days are usually paid, so they count as work experience. I read somewhere that they count a reasonable number of vacation days per year which is 2 weeks (10 working days) as work experience.

Like ZAtoCD said, as long as you are on your company's payroll and you are getting paid regularly, you are good.

Thx for your reply. I am good for the period I worked but now I am not on the company payroll anymore receiving EI.

Situation in Canada is getting more and more worse dudes. Loss of too many lives, too many lay-offs, hirings halted, state funds over-used, soaring Covid-19 cases and much more... Guess this damage is irreversible.
The dollar rate too crashed after a long time. Not sure when everything will be fine, but one thing is for sure
If the same continues for a prolonged time, govt may have to revise their target or maybe put a long pause once the situation over there is fine.
I'm not trying to dissuade anyone here but this is the reality accept it or not
