Come shake hands we think likewise. Oh wait! Social distancing. No hand shaky waky!
I am not that optimistic, because cases in Canada are increasing. On 23rd 612 new cases, as compared to around 100 cases in previous days.

So the page is back and it's the same as before....what an emotional rollercoaster this has been.
These are the ones who are infected in last 2 weeks or so and showing symptoms now. 14 April is best recommended date to IRCC by whyCorona.

No update. It was gone for a moment and when it came back up it was same as it was before.

When will the exemptions be in place? Should people being exempt rush to Canada immediately?
With travel restrictions in place in many countries around the world and international air travel reduced during the COVID-19 outbreak, we don’t recommend that those who are exempt from travel restrictions immediately try to travel to Canada. Implementation of the exemptions will take a few days. We expect to announce the implementation of these exemptions early in the week of March 22, 2020.
I bet it's mid of April. They should be aware of travel bans or lockdowns in other countries especially India.
