Guys there is one concern. My application is already in process for PR, although I paid upfront for biometrics for PR application but still system has picked up biometrics information which I gave while processing TRV application. TRV application got rejected few months back before applying for PR but biometrics validity is still there.
Now will cic ask for biometrics again or will they use the same biometrics. Incase if they use biometrics will I get refund for biometrics???

Guys This is my timeline for spousal sponsorship for outland application from Dubai

Application sent: 17th Feb 2020
Application Received at NS: 20th Feb 2020
AOR1: 3rd March 2020

Cic requested for Translated Marriage certificate on 4th March 2020 which already uploaded.

As per GCkey progeess Bar 9% application completed.
Last time progress Bar changed on 22nd March 2020.

They are not still working. That date is from March 3rd. They just did not realize until today. You get the notification the day after. Everything has halted since March 13th.

Can someone just confirm this for me- after transfer to VO when PA ECAS shows “Application received” it means the app has been physically received by the VO and then will change back to “in process” when they start working on it?

My application transferred to LVO 10 days before. but it never showed as application received. it always shows as IN PROCESS. so what does it mean. ?

I believe it shows as In Process when its being processed at CPC Sydney, gets transferred to VO and will change to Application Received once your VO receives your application, and changes back to In Process once the VO is working on it. So I guess your VO has probably not received it yet

IRCC sent me email notifying that my application has been sent to London Visa Office.
