If I'm not mistaken, you're applying under the FST program. My understanding is that I'm this case the 67 point score does not apply - rather you have certain job/experience related criteria. My guess is that you need 2 years of experience in the past five years in the same trade as you have the job offer in Canada for - which does not seem to be the case.

You could test this by changing the NOC for your last job experience pre-Canada to your current NOC (though you should not accept on ITA on that basis).

My guess would be that when you enter in work experience that you quit your previous job in 01/2014 and joined the following one in 02/2014, the system considers that you have a gap in between and, therefore, the requirement for at least one year of continuous work experience is not fulfilled. Try putting the same months there, for example both 01/2014 or both 02/2014 for end date and start date (same applies for all of your work experience).

For instance, the first one was from 01/07/2013 to 31/01/2014, and the next one started on 01/02/2014 .so if I entered the end date of the first one and the start date of the second one overlap, they would not meet the paperwork.

Do you have any source of information to confirm this? As far as I know, there is no requirement for spouse to have any education, work history or IELTS. These factors are used to increase CRS.

As far as I remember, EE profile does not require exact dates to be submitted, we provide only month and year of start/end date. Therefore, I would still suggest you to do as I said and see if it would work or not. You can always change it again to more precise dates later. However, if my suggestion is right, then you will have to leave the "wrong" employement periods and then just explain why you did that in LoE if you get an ITA. Shouldn't be a problem.

UPD. Sorry, I've been wrong: you do have one year of continious work experience (Job 3), so the changes I suggested will make no change at all indeed

I have been reading many threads sharing their problems with ineligible profile and I have addressed all these things but no success.

As I recall, the system basically checks your eligibility for one or more programs - and if you are eligible for none, then it reports ineligibility.
I think perhaps your current job was marked as your primary occupation, you have less than 1 year in that NOC so are ineligible for FSW. Then as I surmised before, you didn't meet requirements for FST. Lastly, I assume you don't meet CEC requirements either. So I think it has to do with the NOCs in the end.,

Indeed, as the previous commenter wrote, the problem is that you need to have at least one year of continious work experience in your PRIMARY NOC. You chose your current work's NOC as primary one. However, you still do not have enough of work experience (11 months from 05/2019), therefore, you are not eligible neither for FSW, nor for CEC. You should either wait for 1 month until you gain 1 full year of experience for you current job, or you should change your primary NOC for the one, which corresponds to your previous job experience.

Thank you very much for pointing this out. It is most likely the cause that made my profile ineligible. I will wait a little bit more to have enough 1-year experience in the Primary NOC and submit a new profile then.
