Hello Everyone,

I really need your help on creating EE profile as it shows my profile ineligible second time. I have double-checked every input several times and I have also read some similar thread to avoid common mistakes, but still I cannot figure out that the problem is.

Here are the details of my application:

  • Current Status: Post Graduate Work Permit holder (Valid until April 2022)
  • Education History:
    • Degree in home country
      • Full-time four-year program
      • ECA completed
    • Diploma in Canada
      • 2 years, full-time

    • Score
      • Speaking: 7
      • Listening: 7.5
      • Reading: 8
      • Writing: 6.5
  • Work history:
    • Current
      • Working full-time in Canada since May 2019 after graduation, primary NOC 7231
      • (I have ensured that I entered 40 hours per week)
    • Previous
      • Fulltime employment from 06/2013 to 07/2017 with 3 companies, same NOC type B, no gap. 40 hours per week
  • Ties to Canada
    • No relative
  • Fund
    • 50000 (I enter this number as 50000 CAD)

Thanks for the reply. Could you please be more specific about this? I have filled the work history section very carefully, please see below:
07/2013 to 01/2014 Fulltime Company 01, NOC type B
02/2014 to 06/2015 Fulltime Company 02, NOC type B (same NOC)
07/2015 to 07/2017 Fulltime Company 03, NOC type B (same NOC)

05/2019 to present Fulltime Company 04 IN CANADA, NOC type B (the second NOC and it is my Primary NOC for express entry).

Please advise. Thank you.

What is the overall CRS score showing on your profile ? Also, when it shows that your profile is not eligible then it even gives you a reason for it.

Because the profile is ineligible so there is no score. Also, It does not give any reason. I calculate my 6 selection factors and I got 74, CRS will be 398.

From my understanding...you have not completed 1year work exp in canada..may be that is the reason your profile is ineligible.
3y back my situation is somewhat Similar to yours.i have 3y indian exp and 1y canadian exp but one of my ielts band is 5.5 (for noc A its requires 6 in all bands) ...untill i got all 6 my profile received ineligiblity several times eventhought i have indian exp..
I may be wrong in your case but just giving my experience.

Thanks for your sharing, I appreciated that. According to my understanding, we do not need to have Canadian experience to create EE profile, as long as we have more than 67/100 points on 6 selection factors we should be eligible for Express Entry. I just cannot identify where my mistake is. :(

I guess it’s because you haven’t entered you’re spouse’s IELTS marks. It’s mandatory if I’m not wrong. Not 100% sure, but that could be the reason.

Thanks for your reply. I believe that the spouse's IELTS is not mandatory. It only helps to increase the CRS score.

Apologies, wasn’t aware. Hence I said not sure. Why don’t you try asking an immigration lawyer. Probably they could help.

If I'm not mistaken, you're applying under the FST program. My understanding is that I'm this case the 67 point score does not apply - rather you have certain job/experience related criteria. My guess is that you need 2 years of experience in the past five years in the same trade as you have the job offer in Canada for - which does not seem to be the case.

You could test this by changing the NOC for your last job experience pre-Canada to your current NOC (though you should not accept on ITA on that basis).

My guess would be that when you enter in work experience that you quit your previous job in 01/2014 and joined the following one in 02/2014, the system considers that you have a gap in between and, therefore, the requirement for at least one year of continuous work experience is not fulfilled. Try putting the same months there, for example both 01/2014 or both 02/2014 for end date and start date (same applies for all of your work experience).
