Did any body recently got spouse open work permit?

I submitted my file on Feb 2020 and 2 weeks received my passport back without stamp but a got a letter along with passport stated that you will be informed for further instructions soon.
Whats its means? Chances of approval or rejection?
Please help me.

some got OWP on 31 march - but they applied under family PR sponsorship

Yes, in the letter stated that your file is still in process and you will be informed for further instructions soon. When I got letter there was nothing about Covid-19.
