Yes, in the letter stated that your file is still in process and you will be informed for further instructions soon. When I got letter there was nothing about Covid-19.

I got on 19th of March 2020.

But when I checked my application status on VFS portal there was a message about additional documents required. And in there is also mentioned that your application is still in process. What that means?

Few days ago, when i was tracking my application through VFS application number, there was a additional documents required request, but suddenly it changed and stated that your processed passport has been dispatched.

Actually I submitted paper based application with passport. I am not understanding the meaning of this letter .
