this link doesn't answer our questions and worries. It says if you are not able to travel with a COPR then we need to fill out a web form and submit it. March 18 the day when the travel ban will come into effect.

yea, but only if they are permanent residents. does this include those with COPR? this is a different status. There is no distinction on the IRCC site with those who have COPR and those who are on spousal COPR.Trudeau allowed an exception for immediate family members.

in this case "they are encouraged" applies to the principal applicant (spouses) so it is applicable to spouses as well. There's no separate explanation for Spouse COPR.
- Valid COPR and PRV: In an effort to reduce the number of cancelled COPRs and PRVs, a note should be placed in the file explaining that the applicant is unable to travel, and the file should be brought forward to the expiration date of the COPR and PRV. If the applicant informs IRCC that they can travel prior to the COPR and PRV expiration, they are encouraged to use their existing COPR and PRV to land.
Yes, July 17 still waiting for pre-arrival and dm, PPR.is there any July applicants still pending to get DM?
so once you have your COPR, you just notify IRCC using the webform that you can travel prior to booking your ticket? and do you need to wait for them to respond before you buy your ticket?in this case "they are encouraged" applies to the principal applicant (spouses) so it is applicable to spouses as well.
Why are they taking so long?Me too; march 6 ‘19 applicant.. any one more left??
I'll suggest you to wait 1 week , raise a web form after a week to just let them know that you're planning to move or land on so and so date. 1 week after that, call them and reconfirm if that's okay. after that book the ticket. if you're okay to pay rescheduling fees for the ticket, then book it anytime. but do follow the steps of web form and calling them as I explained above in any case.so once you have your COPR, you just notify IRCC using the webform that you can travel prior to booking your ticket? and do you need to wait for them to respond before you buy your ticket?
