After 2 and half years my employer received Lmia approval and He only send to me job offer and He told to send all Certificate and resume including my personal details that He can send to immigration consultant to send to the government so they can review my details before giving me permission to apply work permit.... About that story you guys what you think is this real or fake...

LMIAs don't take 2.5 years, so yeah, sounds fake.

The process doesn't work that way. No one in the government reivews your details and gives you permission to apply for a work permit. The immigration consultant is lying to you. This is fake.

Cannot see a Hotel recruiting internationally so as with many other so called hotel job offers is likely a scam.

Also note that with the current COVID restrictions unlikely even any genuine business is going to be recruiting for the forseeable futre.
