it is fake there will be no job. Same letter posted by someone else a few days ago and pointed out to them even if were genuine that a Canadian employer very unlikely to be looking for a store keeper from outside of Canada.
Others indicators will be fake would be if they offer any one of accommodation,free flights or even food
Do not share copies any documents or pay any money
Note if you check the website even that looks pretty dubious with no clear details on what they actually supposedly do.

The "AIRFORZEN" website is a mashup of bits of text from other genuine(?) sources. The website is a fake. The same text can be found in a number of different (probably also fake) websites.
