I said last reply because OP in question was looking for answers but unwilling to clearly provide his details. Difficult to help in that situation. As @nns14 says above gift deed is acceptable. You should be able to prove source of funds with appropriate documentation.
i showed car sale affidavit along with the cheque of the payment provided by the buyer . I also submitted gift deed on stamp paper signed by my father . Around 5 lac inr i got from car sale and around 2.50 lac inr from my father as gift money . I submitted all the proofs and documents like car rc showing my name , cheques of both the payments one from the car buyer and one from my father . I got my ita on 20th march 2019 and submitted my application on 2Nd of may 2019 . I managed to get the required money by selling my car and as gift from my father by end of march 2019 . I am concerned about the following please clarify me about my fears explained here
1During the process of my application i have transferred around 3 lakh rupees into my friends’s acoount In jan 2020 Just for 3 days as he had family medicle emergency . He transferrred that money into my account
Within 4 days .
2.i also used to withdraw and deposit around 60 thousand from nd into my account .

Please help could above things were the reasons of my refusals?

All the documents you mention above seem to be correct.

These points may be the issue. Too many big transactions could have been the red flag but since the visa officer did not make a direct comment we can only speculate. Your transactions look complicated and hence could have created a doubt in the minds of the visa officer. You may try to give a fresh POF with enough balance and ask them to reconsider but given that even in recent times you had similar transactions, chances are low that they will reconsider. But doesn't hurt to try.

Your best bet would be to enter the pool again.
