How to get transcript from MSBTE

Hello,
I have done my Engineering from Pune University in year 2012 and prior to that did Diploma in Engineering from MSBTE in year 2009.
How to get my transcript from Pune University is quite clear but the one from MSBTE is not clear.
As per the new rules from WES, transcripts should be directly sent from MSBTE to WES.

Can anyone please help me on how to get it done from MSBTE? Thanks!

To get transcript from MSBTE is a challenging task. I took professional help for my transcript. I applied with MailTranscripts services. They have asked for marksheet and diploma certificate scans.
