To answer your question - Yes, I got my PR and I moved here in the last week of Jan 2020. I got my proof of work from a previous org in the below format and there were no questions asked by CIC. I am not an expert but I created all of this on my own and then got it printed on company's letter head by HR. I have performed all the duties mentioned & used the roles and responsibilities for NOC 0112 as a reference and worded it accordingly. It's still not a 100% match but got my work done.
